Getting Started¶
Use this path for a clean first rollout on TAFFA:
- register your organization through the appropriate portal
- verify user role assignments
- create and submit a first shipment
- track declaration and cargo state transitions
Required accounts¶
- Company Portal for CFA company teams
- Customer Portal for customer-side users
- Association Portal for association operations and review workflows
Identity and access¶
Authentication is managed through Keycloak and the portal sign-up flows.
Use portal register pages directly from the login experience.
Users can sign in with password credentials or passkeys where passkeys have been registered from profile security. Password reset and passkey registration are handled by secure Keycloak account actions.
Customer onboarding paths¶
Customers can join TAFFA in two ways:
- self registration from the customer portal
- onboarding by a CFA company admin
A customer can exist without a CFA relationship and can later be linked to one or more CFA companies.
