Cargo, Shipment, and Certificate Workflows¶
Shipments¶
Shipment workflows cover lifecycle execution from draft to final movement tracking.
Core shipment actions:
- create shipment
- edit shipment
- open shipment details
- link/manage consignment records
- track shipment progress by shipment ID
Cargos¶
Cargo workflows are linked to shipment and declaration execution.
Core cargo actions:
- browse cargo list
- create new cargo
- bulk upload cargo data
- open cargo details for updates
Container handling supports structured container data assignment across cargo lines, including:
- container number
- container size/type
- seal/serial fields
This supports consolidated (LCL) and loose cargo handling models.
Single Use Certificates (SUC)¶
SUC workflows provide certificate-level visibility and operational follow-up.
Typical actions:
- view certificate queue by status
- open certificate detail records
- follow certificate state transitions and related shipment context
Certifications¶
Certification module provides compliance-facing permit and certificate status visibility, including drill-down to permit details.
