Customer Support And Billing Guide

Use this guide for support tickets, invoice review, and payment tracking.

1. Create And Manage Support Tickets

  1. Open Support.
  2. Click Submit a Ticket or New Ticket.
  3. Add subject, issue details, and attachments.
  4. Submit and monitor updates from View my tickets.

2. Review Customer Invoices

  1. Open Invoices.
  2. Use search and status filters (UNPAID, OVERDUE, PAID).
  3. Open an invoice row to review line items and payment status.

3. Make Invoice Payments

  1. Open an unpaid invoice.
  2. Confirm amount, due date, and payment method.
  3. Complete payment and wait for status update to PAID.
  4. Download receipt when available.

4. Common Billing Issues

  • Network Error on invoice list:
  • refresh and retry;
  • if repeated, create a support ticket with screenshot and timestamp.
  • Payment submitted but invoice still unpaid:
  • wait for reconciliation window, then refresh;
  • if still pending, raise a ticket with invoice ID.
