Association Governance Guide

Use this guide for association-level oversight of registrations, companies, and users.

1. Start From Association Dashboard

  1. Open your association portal URL and sign in.
  2. Confirm counters for companies, users, shipments, and cargos.
  3. Use quick actions to jump to key workflows.

2. Process Company Registrations

  1. Open Registrations.
  2. Search/filter pending records.
  3. Open each registration and review submitted data.
  4. Approve or reject based on compliance readiness.

3. Manage Company Lifecycle

  1. Open Companies.
  2. Search by company name or registration number.
  3. Review status (Active, Pending, Suspended, Rejected).
  4. Apply lifecycle actions according to policy.

4. Manage Association Users

  1. Open Users.
  2. Click Add User for new staff accounts.
  3. Assign role and monitor status.
  4. Update role/status as team structure changes.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Empty lists in governance pages:
