Company Finance And Reporting Guide

Use this guide for invoices, payments, reporting, and LMS access.

1. Manage Invoices

  1. Open Invoices.
  2. Use Dashboard, Manage Invoices, and Statistics tabs.
  3. Filter by status and export CSV where needed.

2. Review Payment Transactions

  1. Open Payments.
  2. Review total paid, pending, and monthly totals.
  3. Search/filter transactions and inspect payment rows.

3. Use Reports And Analytics

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Review KPI cards (revenue, compliance score, pending invoices, OTP success).
  3. Use period filters and report categories (All Reports, Shipments, Financial, Cargo).

4. Training/LMS Usage

  1. Open Training from left navigation.
  2. Start assigned courses and track completion.
  3. Confirm completed learning updates readiness/compliance where enabled.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Empty report charts:
  • expected when there is no activity for selected period.
  • No payment records:
  • expected before first successful transaction.
  • Export issues:
  • retry with a narrower date range.
