Company Onboarding Guide

Use this guide when setting up a company account and preparing users for operations.

1. Sign In And Confirm Dashboard Access

  1. Open your company portal URL.
  2. Sign in with a company admin account.
  3. Confirm quick actions and profile completeness panel are visible.

2. Complete Company Profile

  1. Open Company Profile.
  2. Fill personal/contact/company details.
  3. Save updates and verify values persist after refresh.

3. Configure Company Users

  1. Open Company Users.
  2. Add users with role assignments.
  3. Activate/suspend users as needed.
  4. Confirm access level by role after first login.

4. Set Up Contracts

  1. Open Contracts.
  2. Click New Contract to create a draft.
  3. Complete parties, terms, and validity dates.
  4. Move contract through draft/active lifecycle.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Failed to load profile:
  • refresh and retry;
  • if repeated, verify backend health and role scope.
  • 401 on user management:
  • account likely lacks required admin permission;
  • request role update from a company super-admin.
