Company Operations Guide

Use this guide for shipment, cargo, clearing agent OTP, and support workflows.

1. Manage Shipments

  1. Open Shipments.
  2. Click New Shipment to create a shipment.
  3. Fill transport details and upload transport document.
  4. Use search and filters to monitor lifecycle.

2. Manage Cargos (Including IDF Flow)

  1. Open Cargos.
  2. Click New Cargo or use the IDF upload action.
  3. Upload IDF PDF and review extracted cargo items.
  4. Save and monitor verification/rejection counters.

3. Use Clearing Agent OTP

  1. Open Clearing Agent OTP.
  2. Move to Pending Cargos and select eligible cargo.
  3. Submit OTP application.
  4. Track certificate status in Active Certificates.

4. Manage Support Tickets

  1. Open Support.
  2. Click New Ticket.
  3. Add issue details and submit.
  4. Monitor ticket state transitions in support list.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'login'):
  • runtime auth/config issue;
  • refresh, sign out, sign in, then escalate with screenshot/time if persistent.
  • Failed to Load Cargos:
  • verify backend availability and role scope;
  • retry once before raising support ticket.
